📍At Tracee™, we take pride in the quality of our GPS trackers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To process your return, we require a legitimate reason for the request — such as the item not working, being defective, or not performing as described — along with a brief description of the issue and, when possible, photo or video proof. 

📍False refund claims will be taken seriously and investigated by our legal team.

📍To initiate a return, simply contact our support team within 30 days. We’ll provide you with the return instructions so you can send the item back. Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item.

📍Please note: the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
